Currently, our shipping services are available within Australia, spanning from coast to coast.
Delivery Within Australia
Your Joule Supps orders are sent with the "authority to leave" option, unless you request otherwise. We aim to keep things simple and convenient for you.
- Express Shipping: 1–4 business days for $9.95
- Free Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
Processing Time
We're all about speed and efficiency. Orders are dispatched on the same day they're placed or the following business day. If you place an order on a Friday, over the weekend, or on a public holiday, we’ll ship it the next business day.
Delivery Challenges
While we do our utmost to ensure your order arrives promptly, certain factors—such as unpredictable weather, unforeseen events, or theft—can occasionally cause delays or issues.
In such cases, please contact Sendle or Aramex directly, as they are best positioned to assist you. Of course, we’re also here to help in any way we can to make sure your Joule Supps fix reaches you ASAP.
Shipping Status
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don’t receive the email immediately, don’t worry — your order will still be delivered within the timeframe provided at checkout.
Order Changes
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received
If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, we recommend contacting the courier first to help locate your shipment.
